Hot Baking Company - generally called Hot - has
some of Playa del Carmen's best bread and buns. Everything
they serve is baked on the premises.
Hot's new location at the cool Calle
Corazon has quickly become a favorite local gathering place. The same yummy baked goods are
available here and they also have cappuccino and expresso.
Hot is a good place to go for breakfast, a light lunch
or just a coffee. They open at 6 am every day, so it's
perfect for the early birds. They have homemade
muffins, bagels, cookies and brownies, and on weekends
they're famous for their eggs benedict.
